Annie first joined our team as a dedicated intern, but her passion for the refugee crisis made her realize that Karam is the place for her. Upon completing her bachelor’s in philosophy and political science, Annie finally joined our team in an official capacity. Now, she spends her days working on both development and communication-based projects to support our grassroots efforts. Whether it’s a thank-you call or check-in email you receive, chances are, Annie is the one on the other side. When she’s not drafting fundraising newsletters, Annie likes to write, read, and take walks. If she’s not doing one of those things, you’ll likely find her in the kitchen baking!
