Megan began her journey in humanitarian work while living in Jordan, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Humanitarian Assistance and Crisis Management. Prior to joining Karam, she supported community-based programs for displaced populations in Greece and led a Disaster Assistance Response Team in the U.S. At Karam, she supports operations across finance, HR, development, and the executive team, while also managing international program logistics and contributing to donor engagement. Based on the North Shore of Massachusetts, Megan finds joy in ocean walks, global travel, and meaningful connections.
